12. Gigapixel AI Plugin for ChatGPT

The Gigapixel AI plugin for ChatGPT is published by CODEONE AI PTE. LTD. in Singapore.

The ChatGPT plugin provides image upscaling for users aged 13 and older, subject to applicable account and platform requirements. Standard supports 2× and 4× upscaling without a connected account. Fidelity and Crystal use the access and credits already available in a connected Gigapixel AI account. The plugin does not sell subscriptions, upgrades, or credits and does not provide a checkout or purchase workflow.

Before processing starts, review and approve the selected settings and exact credit cost. Preparing or refreshing an image draft does not deduct credits. A changed or expired quote requires a fresh review. Repeating confirmation of the same quote returns the same task rather than creating another charge. A failed task is eligible for return of its deducted credits; a result must report a completed refund before you rely on those credits being available again.

Upload only images you are authorized to use and share with the service providers described in our Privacy Policy. Inputs and outputs are subject to content-safety checks. We may decline to process or display an image that does not pass those checks. Enhancement can change visual detail and does not guarantee accuracy, suitability for a particular purpose, or the removal of all defects.

Anonymous results and drafts are available for 24 hours; account upscale results are available for 7 days. Download results you want to keep before their availability expires. Plugin history covers retained tasks created through the plugin. Keep anonymous task references and temporary image links private. ChatGPT is provided by OpenAI, whose terms also apply to your use of its platform.
