10. Gigapixel AI Plugin for ChatGPT

The Gigapixel AI plugin for ChatGPT is published by CODEONE AI PTE. LTD. in Singapore.

This section applies when you use our image-upscaling plugin in ChatGPT. Standard upscaling can be used without connecting an account. Connecting an existing account uses OAuth: you sign in with Gigapixel AI and authorize access to your upscaling features. The plugin does not ask you to provide your account password in a ChatGPT conversation.

We process the image you select, its file reference and dimensions, your chosen enhancement settings, draft and task references, account access, and any credits used or refunded. We also process connection credentials and limited request information for authentication, abuse prevention, processing, and support. Tool responses shared with ChatGPT can include available settings, plan access, credit balances, quoted costs, task status, your plugin task history, and preview or download links for source images and reviewed results. They do not include your password, service API keys, or internal account identifiers.

Images and processing settings are sent to Bingsuo, our image-processing gateway, and the image-processing providers used for the selected mode. Cloudflare R2 stores input and result files. Inputs pass through the existing image-processing providers' safety controls. After successful processing, result previews are sent to OpenAI for supplementary content-safety classification before display. Our database stores drafts, task records, and image fingerprints with safety decisions. ChatGPT receives the tool responses and image links needed to display the requested results; OpenAI's own policies also govern your use of ChatGPT.

Image drafts are available for 24 hours. Anonymous task references and results are available for 24 hours, and connected-account upscale results are available for 7 days. An allowed-image fingerprint and safety decision can be reused for 7 days. Fingerprints of blocked images are retained for abuse prevention so the same content is not sent for classification again. These are availability and cache-validity periods, not a promise that every stored copy, backup, operational record, or provider-held copy is erased immediately when access expires.

Select only images you have permission to share. Anonymous references and temporary image links grant access to the corresponding image, so do not share them with people who should not see it. You can disconnect the account connection in ChatGPT to stop future authorized requests. Disconnecting does not remove conversation content already held by ChatGPT. To request access, correction, or deletion of data held by Gigapixel AI, contact [email protected]. We handle those requests through support; the plugin does not provide a data-deletion tool.
